General Guidelines

  1. This Mega Fest is open to all students of Universities, Colleges, Institutions, Schools, Certified Clubs, and Academies. Only School students from Class 8th to 12th are eligible to participate.
  2. Each participant must carry two passport-size photographs for the issuance of the UniversuMM Identity Card.
  3. Participants representing Certified Clubs and Academies must be bona fide enrolled students of a recognized School, College, Institution, or University. Such participants are required to produce valid Identity Cards of both their Institution and the Club/Academy.
  4. There shall be only one level of competition, common to all participants across Universities, Colleges, Institutions, Schools, Certified Clubs, and Academies.
  5. For students participating through Clubs and Academies, there shall be no restriction on the class/standard in which the student is currently studying (except that for Schools, participation is restricted to Class 8th–12th).
  6. A participant may register for any number of events (subject to events not running parallel) with a registration fee of ₹800/- only. This fee does not include accommodation or food.
  7. Accommodation, if required and subject to availability (on a first-come, first-served basis), shall be provided at a charge of ₹100/- per head per day.
  8. Food arrangements shall be the responsibility of the participants. Meals may be availed on a paid basis from the campus mess or from external kiosks available in and around the campus.
  9. At the time of registration, participants must produce:
    • Valid College ID Card and Aadhaar Card (for Indian students)
    • Passport (for International students)
  10. Participants must carry their UniversuMM 2025 Identity Card at all event venues for participation purposes.
  11. Cash Prizes shall be transferred via NEFT/RTGS to:
    • The individual participant (in case of solo events), or
    • The Team Leader (as designated during registration) in case of group events.
    • The distribution of prize money among team members shall be the internal responsibility of the team, and MM(DU) shall not be held responsible for any disputes.
    • Prize applications must be accompanied by a cancelled cheque or the front page of the bank passbook of the individual/team leader.
  12. The tentative schedule of events shall be uploaded on the UniversuMM 2025 official website prior to the commencement of the fest. However, the organizers reserve the right to make changes if necessary due to unavoidable circumstances.
  13. All participants are required to strictly adhere to the rules and regulations of UniversuMM. Any misconduct or indiscipline shall lead to immediate disqualification.
  14. Media Coverage: The organizers shall not be responsible for providing photographs or video recordings to teams. Teams must bring their own media person for coverage, who must be a student (not a professional). Coverage shall only be done from the designated space provided, and no special access shall be granted.
