This is a contest testing the speed and skills in identifying a series of entities, case conditions, signs, symptoms or procedures shown as a series of projected images, video clips and audio clips. Knowledge, speed and ingenuity in diagnostic capabilities is essential. This gives one the platform to bring out the best doctor within.

  • 2 Elimination rounds and one final round will be held.
  • In each round all the participants will be sequentially shown the projected images, videos or audios for identification.
  • These will be shown for about 10-20 seconds.
  • Participants will be asked to jot their answers in a structured response sheet provided to them.
  • The judging criteria will be based on the comparison of answers with the answer key.
  • Tie breaker round will be held if there are two winners.
  • Decision of the judges will be final.

A medical based Quiz including 4 rounds. 1st Round is MCQ-based, wherein the students have answer questions via Google forms. Teams who will be qualified in 1st will be selected for round 2 and later on the teams will be selected for 3rd and 4th Round.

Round-1 (MCQ-Based)

  • 1st Round will have 20 MCQs to be solved via google forms. The time limit will be 5 minutes. The teams who would secure atleast 75 percent marks (15 out of 20) will be qualified for Round 2.

Round-2 (Visual Diagnosis Round)

  • The teams have to identify medical conditions, tools or concepts from images.

Round- 3 (Prescription Pattern)

  • The teams have to identify the missing pattern or medication error in a prescription and solve accordingly.

Round- 4 (Rapid Fire Round)

  • Last 5 teams will be selected for final round and it will be a buzzer round. The winner will be decided according to highest marks among the teams.
  • 1st Round is of 20 marks- the team securing atleast 15 marks will be selected for next round. In round-2, plus 5 will be awarded for each correct answer and minus 2 for each wrong answer. For round 3 and 4, one mark will be awarded for each correct answer. The team having maximum marks (overall for 4 rounds) will be consider as the winner team.
