It aims to develop the method of mediation culture among students by encouraging them to participate in activities in the field of Mediation and Conciliation by organising such competitions.>

The competition sThe competition shall consist of Preliminary Round, Semi-final Round and Final Round.hall consist of Preliminary Round, Semi-final Round and Final Round.

The Preliminary as well as Semi-Final Round will be conducted in Online Mode and Final Round will be conducted in Offline mode.

The Dress Code of the Competition shall be Business formal.

Each team shall consist of three (03) participants, namely, one mediator and one client-counsel pair (Negotiating Team). However, the roles of the mediator and the client-counsel pair cannot be interchanged, in any rounds.

Each Round Mediation Problem consists of General Information which be declared along with brochure and Confidential Information for the Requesting Party and Responding Parties distributed before the each respective Competition rounds.

The teams shall not disclose their confidential information to any other participant throughout the competition. Disclosure of confidential information by any team before or after their round shall be grounds for immediate disqualification from the competition.
