Shared accommodation in Rooms / Dormitories / Halls shall be provided only to
participants coming from outside Ambala City, Ambala Cantt., Shahbad, and Yamunanagar,
as adequate local transport facilities are available from these locations.
2. Allotment:
Accommodation shall be strictly on a first-registered, first-served basis.
A participant shall be considered registered only after the fest registration fee is paid online.
The accommodation fee shall be charged offline on arrival at the accommodation desk.
3. Fee & Payment:
An accommodation fee of ₹100/- per head per day shall be charged.
On arrival, the participant shall deposit an amount equal to the
number of remaining fest days × ₹100/-.
Example: If arriving on 8th October for 4 remaining days of the fest,
the amount payable shall be 4 × ₹100 = ₹400/-.
Refunds will be processed for early check-outs, subject to vacation of the room before 11:00 AM of the next day:
If vacated before 11:00 AM the following day, ₹150/- will be refunded.
If vacated after staying two nights and leaving before 11:00 AM on the third day, ₹100/- will be refunded.
4. Facilities Provided:
Each participant will be provided with:
1 Mattress
1 Bed sheet
1 Cover sheet
1 Pillow
1 Pillow cover
Only basic facilities shall be provided. Participants are advised to arrange for any specific requirements at their own end.
5. Code of Conduct:
Participants must maintain discipline in the accommodation premises.
Any damage to property, defacing of walls, or misconduct will invite strict disciplinary action.
In such cases, communication will also be made to the respective university/institution authorities
of the participant concerned.
