  • Each team will be given a maximum of 10 minutes to speak, 5 minutes to each speaker. A caution bell shall be rung at 4 minutes.
  • The topic for the speech is “Artificial Intelligence and Job Displacement:new fears or just hoax?”.
  • First speaker has to speak for the motion and the other against.
  • The topic will be announced at least 48 Hours before the commencement of the fest.
  • Speaker exceeding the permissible time limit of 5 minutes shall lead to the disqualification of the entire team.

  • Use of profanity or the inciting of communal hatred will lead to instant disqualification.

  • Top 4 or 6 teams from the prelims shall qualify to the main round depending upon the scores in the prelims. In case of tie in the prelims, the qualifying team shall be decided on the basis of maximum correctly answered *marked questions in the prelims.
  • There shall be 15-25 questions in the prelims each carrying 1 mark. There shall be some specific 3-8 *marked questions. There shall be no negative marking for unanswered questions or incorrect answers. Decision in case of incomplete or partially correct answers or spelling mistakes in answers shall lie at the discretion of the quiz master.
  • In case the qualifying team is not present at the time of announcement of prelims results, privilege shall be given to the next team depending on the score and availability. It is therefore mandatory for the all teams to be present at the specified time and venue for the announcements of prelims results.
  • The details of various rounds and their marking scheme of the mains, shall be announced before the start of the mains.
  • The quiz master shall be the only person responsible and decider of the question that can be placed under this quiz. No one else can claim against the domain of the question asked under this category.
  • The decision of the quiz master shall be final and bounding under all circumstances in all rounds.
  • Carrying reading/writing materials, cell phones, tablets, etc. at the venue of the prelims or mains while attending it shall lead to disqualification of the team.
