Shared accommodation in Rooms / Dormitory / Halls shall be provided to all participants from locations other than Ambala, Ambala Cantt. andYamunagar. Accommodation fee of Rs. 50/- per head per day shall be charged from the contestants seeking accommodation.

All accommodation shall be on first registered first served basis. A candidate shall be considered registered once the fee for registration of the fest is paid online while accommodation fee shall be charged offline on arrival. Only basic facility such as Mattress, Bed-sheet & Pillow shall be provided. Students are advised to arrange all specific requirements if any, as desired.

Rooms / Dormitory / Halls will be provided on shared basis.

Each person will be entitled to One Matress, One Bedsheet, One Coversheet, and One Pillow & One Pillow Cover.

On arrival, a sum of (X) x 50/- will have to be deposited depending upon the number of days left in the fest. Example, in case some reaches on 12 th Oct. 2023, he/she will have to deposit 4 x 50 = 200/- INR. In case he / she vacate the room by 11:00 AM the next day, he will be refunded 150/- INR. Incase he stays for two nights and vacates before 11:00 AM on the third day, he will be charged 100/- INR and returned 100/- INR.

In case of any damage to any property, defacing the walls, etc. strict disciplinary action will be initiated and communication will be made to the concerned authorities of the university to which the students belong.
